Wel,l I recently signed up to yoga classes and have loved learning to be more flexible ;);)

So I decided I would do a set to show you guys some of my moves!!

Over 35 pics and one hot, sweaty vid of me doing my yoga in nothing but legwarmers, and cooling down with some water after!

ooh that sounds like a challenge!! well if you dont get to ireland anytime soon, i WILL be at the bash next year, even if i have to sell a kidney!! (although i only have one so god knows how that would work lol!)
