First; if you quote a VERY famous person, PLEASE spell his name correctly. What is the matter with you?
Second; if you quote a sentence, don't just take the piece you like the most, put the complete sentence in the quote.
Third; If it is only part of the sentence you are quoting, add the title of the book.

Reasons:

Are you saying that people from Africa, South America, Central America, Asia should be culled?
What were you thinking? Looks like you only looked at the sentence and thought; "heh, I like that, I agree with that". But you were not thinking of the repurcussions this can have.

The average FF'er never heard or even read this book. You are also taking this out of context. This book was written in the 70's. There was a complete different foreign policy for the US. This is also very racist. What is next? You are going to quote Hitler with saying, We need to depopulate all Jews, Gypsies, and Gays?

I think it's more off that he's upset over the fact that the person in question would quote only PART of that message and not explain why he posted it or where it got it from ect.

It is a comment on his signature. It becomes personal, because he uses it as his sig. If you put up a sig, you believe in/agree with the quote. Why then would you use a sig, just to use a sig?

You know, I'm just new here, but I like this discussion. It's good to talk about misquoting, as well as genocidal designs that one country has on another. I think both points have merit. Analingus, I would recommend reading Noam Chomsky for more info on the way in which you read Dr. Kissinger's quote. Chomsky is a voracious reader and researcher, and much of what he says is quite damning. It's not a secret, the designs of which you speak. Flying Dutchman, I like your style. You tend to be on the serious side, and I like that. Thanks for standing up for the context in which the quote was spoken. I do not doubt that Dr. Kissinger spoke it the way you suggest. However, I do know this: more TNT was dropped on Vietnam than was used by all sides in WWII (including Hiroshima and Nagasaki). That should shock us into silence, yet it doesn't. Those Arc Light B52s did their jobs very well, unfortunately.That happened on Kissinger's watch, yet the Viet Cong could not be broken using those methods. Anyways, interesting discussion for a place where we should all be going, "OH MY look at those titties!!!" lol
